Felony in PedoSquad's guild bank

Good day everyone. I am sad to report a felony that has already happened for the second time by the same person. On February the 5th a guild member named "HowHigh" took alot of gems from the guild bank of PedoSquad. It was utterly strange that he took a variety of different gems. Mango and I (Ketoma) thought of looking in the Auction House, we had a feeling they were being sold. This had happened before and yet it happened again. I took screenshots which i'll show below. I hope by posting this this could be prevented and the person could be kicked. Thank you for your time.
